Hankook Tyres are using a special rubber compound, which is soft but very strong
against wear and therefore delivering a high mileage and other good properties.
Lots of engineering is invested in these tyres. They are not cheap class tyres!!
We can deliver throughout the country. Mounting and balancing can be done by us
by appointment. Please ask for the tyre prices, for it is changing - depending on
shipment and the US Dollar.

4x4 Bakkie
RT03 Dynapro MT
This is one of the toughest tyres in the world. A lot of technology has been invested
in the development of this tyre, Hankook is one the companies that probably invests
the most in research to improve. This tyre has been tested severely, and is one
of the best for Namibia. It is probably the 4th most expensive tyre in Namibia,
but the best one.
Other Expensive tyres chip easily, so a quick wear
Tend to loose their whole tread, separate, causing big damage on the car
Have a to hard sidewall, causing cracks on the inner sidewall especially when driving
with low pressures
Having to thin sidewalls where small thorns already puncture them
Are not available in high Ply Ratings
Large Knob MTs being very noisy
*Other Cheaper brands not performing as good, but some through their cheap price
getting the price-performance ratio/value for money/cost per km quite good in spec.
Almost all 16" Tyres have a 10 ply rating, making them stronger to punctures-especially
against intrusion of sharp stones. All 15" MT tyres are maximum in 6PR available
mainly.

The first ATMs in our country were only 4PR, a Passenger tyre (P), ours are 8 or
10PR, so the strong LT (Light Truck) version.
In SA (tar road mainly) they guarantee 80000km, in Namibia with gravel roads mainly,
we can't Guarantee it, but we had clients with 100000km and still 4mm tread left
while doing about 20% gravel roads.

Tough tyre, high mileage, does even perform on gravel roads, although it looks like
a street tyre. The original Tyres eg.on Rav4, Dueler and Geolandar only made about
27000km, the Nankang SP7 only 23000km. Where the RA23 made about 50000km.
